A Good Knight in Front of the TV

Norwich based Anglian Home Improvements has announced it’s sponsorship of two key Channel 4 programmes, The 5 O’ Clock Show and A Place in the Sun.

Anglian Home Improvements mascot, a knight clad in full armour, is the main feature of the sponsorship bumpers which appear before each programme. Shot on location at Hedingham Castle near Braintree in Essex, the pre-programme sponsorship bumpers depicts the Anglian knight making himself at home in his castle ahead of the programmes.

Commenting on the Channel Four sponsorship, Melanie McDonald, Head of Marketing and Communications at Anglian Home Improvements said; “This is a great opportunity to draw attention to the Anglian brand ahead of these popular TV programmes. Keep your eyes peeled for our knight this bank holiday as the first sponsorship trailer goes out on Bank Holiday Monday ahead of the 5 O’clock Show which is a very prominent spot for sponsorship.”
A galaxy of famous faces present Channel 4’s new tea-time series, ‘The 5 O’clock Show’, which starts on bank holiday Monday. Peter Andre presents the first two weeks of the new tea-time series with other guest presenters including; Lenny Henry, Denise Van Outen, Melanie Sykes and Vernon Kay taking the gauntlet for the remaining programmes. ‘A Place in the Sun’, presented by Amanda Lamb, remains a popular Channel Four production and will also be sponsored by Anglian Home Improvements over the coming series.
